Street photography without being a nuisance

Most street photography courses teach you to be quick. This one teaches you where to stand, which means you do not have to be. Filmed over four days in Lisbon, including the frames that did not work and the reason why.

What you will cover

  1. Module 1 · Where to stand

    5 lessons · 1h 05m

Finding a position and letting the picture come to you. Light, background, and the two metres that change everything.

    Lesson 1 free to watch

  2. Module 2 · The camera settings that matter

    4 lessons · 55m

Three settings, decided before you leave the house, so you never miss a frame to a menu.

  3. Module 3 · People

    5 lessons · 1h 20m

When to ask and when not to, what the law actually says in most of Europe, and how to behave when someone objects.

  4. Module 4 · Coming home with something

    4 lessons · 50m

Reviewing a day's work honestly, and the assignment that gets you to a sequence of eight.

Who it is for

People who own a camera, use it occasionally, and come home with pictures that are fine but not interesting. You do not need a particular camera; a phone is workable for about half the course.

Who it is not for

People looking for presets, gear advice or a way to grow an audience. None of that is in here, and it would be a waste of your €129.
