1. What we collect

Your name and email when you buy, your billing country for VAT, and the photographs you send for feedback. Card numbers never reach us: they go straight to our payment provider.

2. Your photographs

They stay yours. We look at them to write your feedback and nothing else. We never publish a picture without asking you first, we credit you by name when we do, and we remove it the day you ask. They are never used to train anything.

3. Why we use your data

To give you access to what you bought, to answer you, and to issue invoices as Portuguese law requires. We do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

4. How long we keep it

Account and course access for as long as you have an account, because access is for life. Invoices for ten years. Photographs sent for feedback are deleted twelve months after the reply unless you ask us to keep them.

5. Buying a course

One payment, lifetime access, every future update to that course included. Prices include VAT where it applies. The twenty per cent discount on a second course is applied automatically and does not expire.

6. Refunds

Thirty days from purchase, whatever you have watched, with no form to fill in. This is wider than the fourteen days the law requires, and we do not ask you to waive anything at checkout.

7. Sharing a course

An account is for one person. Lessons may not be downloaded and redistributed, and the videos are not licensed for teaching to a group. For teams and schools, write to us and we will do a proper licence.

8. Cookies

Technical cookies keep you signed in and remember your place in a lesson, plus your cookie choice. Anonymous statistics only if you accept them. No advertising cookies and no tracking between sites.

9. Your rights

Ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at [email protected]. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority. Portuguese law applies, without removing the consumer protections of the country where you live.
