  • A cushion to sit on
  • Enough floor to lie down with your arms out
  • From week two, a block, or two thick books

Who it is for

  • People who have never done a yoga class
  • Anyone coming back after years away
  • Desk workers with stiff hips and a tired back
  • Regulars who want to tidy up the basics

Before you start

What if I miss a day?

Pick up where you stopped. The programme remembers your place, and there is no streak to lose.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Every lesson shows an easier version of each pose, and nothing in week one asks you to touch your toes.

Can I do it during the free week?

Yes. The first seven days fit inside the free week, so you finish Breath and posture before paying anything.

What comes after day 28?

The Morning flow and the Long Sunday practice are the natural next step. Both are marked All levels and use the poses you have just learned.

I have an injury. Should I start?

Ask your doctor or physiotherapist first. Then write to us: Jonah, a former physiotherapist, can tell you which days to skip or adapt.

Day one is twelve minutes long
