Around 1,900 members practise with us from forty-one countries, and the same three people teach every class. Here is who they are and when to find them.
Maya taught in London studios for twelve years. In 2020 she moved her classes online with a laptop balanced on a chair, and never moved them back. She still teaches the 07:00 flow three mornings a week and answers most of the emails.

Jonah was a physiotherapist for nine years before he started teaching. His classes are built around the back most people actually have, not the one in the anatomy book, and he is the one to write to if you are working around an injury.
“If it hurts, we change the exercise. We never change your back to fit it.”

Inès runs the evening classes. She trained in yin in Lyon and in breathwork in Copenhagen, and designed the ten-minute sleep sessions that are now the most played classes in the library. She is the only one of the three who never raises her voice.
“The evening class is for putting the day down. You are allowed to fall asleep.”

The free week is long enough for a Morning flow, a Pilates core and an evening of Yin and breath. Questions first? Write to us and one of the three will answer, usually within a day.
