From the phone call to the written plan in your inbox. Nothing is charged before you arrive, and nothing is done in the chair that you have not agreed to.
01
Call 0113 496 0180 or send the booking form. Tell us if anything hurts now, so we can book you with the right clinician, and if you are nervous, so we can allow extra time.
02
We email a medical history form after you book. Fill it in at home, where you can check the names of your medicines, and it saves ten minutes in the waiting room.
03
Come to 14 Quarry Hill five minutes early. If you drove, reception validates your St Peter's Street ticket so the first hour is free.
04
Thirty minutes with a dentist. We ask what brought you in, examine your teeth and gums, take a 3D scan and any X-rays needed, and show you the images on the screen at the chair.
05
The same day you receive an email with your options, what each one costs and how long it lasts. Take as long as you like to decide. If you go ahead, the £45 comes off the total.
Say so when you book. Nadia Whitfield, our hygienist, sees many of our anxious patients first, and a first visit can be only a conversation if that is all you want.
Something else on your mind? Reception picks up from 08:00.
0113 496 0180Usually not. The consultation is for finding out what is going on and giving you a written plan. If you are in pain, we will deal with that the same day.
No. The plan is emailed to you, and the prices on it stand while you think it over. Call reception when you are ready to book the first treatment appointment.
No. Tell us when you book and we will give you a longer first appointment. We see patients after long gaps every week.
Yes. There is room in every surgery for someone to sit with you.
