A piece broken in transit goes out again on the next shipping day.
Counted from the shipping day. You get the tracking link by email the moment the label is printed.

You have thirty days from delivery to send anything back, unused and in its original packing. We email you a prepaid label and refund the full price, delivery included, within five working days of the parcel reaching us.
If a piece arrives broken, tell us which one. We remake it and send it on the next shipping day. You do not need to send a photograph or the pieces back.
