Privacy, terms and cookies

Last updated 1 October 2026. Verbena Fiori di A. Berti, Via dei Serragli 48r, 50124 Florence, VAT IT07412938450.

1. What we collect

Your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number when you order, plus the recipient's details if the flowers are a gift. Card numbers never reach us: they go straight to our payment provider.

2. Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, to warn you if something changes, and to keep the accounts the law requires us to keep. Subscribers also have a short note on file listing the flowers they never want to receive.

3. How long we keep it

Order records for ten years, as Italian tax law requires. Messages for two years after the last reply. Subscription preferences until you cancel, then twelve months in case you come back.

4. Prices and orders

Prices include VAT. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply once an order is in production, which is from 11:00 on the delivery day. Before then you can cancel in full.

5. What is actually in the bouquet

We sell a style and a size, not a fixed list of stems: the varieties follow the week. If a specific flower matters, write to us before ordering and we will say honestly whether we can get it.

6. Subscriptions

Billed on the day of each delivery. Skip or cancel from your account up to 24 hours before, with no notice period and no call to make.

7. Cookies

Technical cookies keep your basket and your cookie choice; anonymous statistics only if you accept them. No advertising profiling, no cross-site tracking. Change your mind from the link at the bottom of any page.

8. Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority. Italian law applies.
